BENNETT TO: Elizabeth Piatt, Jessica Richards, Jon Richards You are hereby notified that a petition for custody has been filed in this Court by Teri Piatt. Said petition contains a request for legal custody of the minor child, T.M. A custody hearing is scheduled April 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.
