IN THE MATTER OF: E.J.. (d.o.b. 06/27/2024) CASE NO. 26AND0035 ALLEGED ABUSED/ NEGLECTED/ DEPENDENT CHILD LEGAL NOTICE ANTHONY RUTTER, father of the child, whose last known addresses are as follows: 4481 Dutch Ridge Rd. SE, New Straitsville, Ohio 43766, 415 S Richardson Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43204 or 23 Locus Street, Glouster, Ohio 43204 is HEREBY NOTIFIED that on April 02, 2026, Scioto County Children Services ("SCCS") filed a Complaint alleging that said child is abused, neglected, and/or dependent and requesting the temporary emergency custody of said child. ANTHONY RUTTER is further notified that an adjudication hearing will be held on, May 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and a disposition hearing will be held on June 02, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Scioto County Juvenile Court, 602 7th Street, Portsmouth, Ohio 45662 and that he is required to attend. ANY COURT ACTION CAN HAVE AN EFFECT ON PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. AN ADJUDICATION THAT THE CHILD IS ABUSED, NEGLECTED, OR DEPENDENT MAY RESULT IN AN ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY THAT WILL CAUSE THE REMOVAL OF THE CHILD FROM THE LEGAL CUSTODY OF THE PARENT/CUSTODIAN UNTIL THE COURT TERMINATES THE ORDER OF TEMPORARY CUSTODY OR PERMANENTLY DIVESTS THE PARENTS OF THEIR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
