NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
Elizabeth McConnell and John Doe Unknown Spouse if any, of Elizabeth S. McConnell and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives, of Elizabeth McConnell and John Doe Unknown Spouse if any of Elizabeth S. McConnell, Deceased, and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or Incompetent heirs of Elizabeth McConnell and John Doe Unknown Spouse if any of Elizabeth S. McConnell, Deceased; Leroy D. McConnell, and if Deceased, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of Leroy D. McConnell and the Unknown Guardians of minor and/or Incompetent heirs of Leroy D. McConnell; Unknown Occupants of 487 Pearl Street, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on February 12, 2026 MARION COUNTY TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County, Ohio, being case no. 2026 CV 0074, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 487 Pearl Street, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
Defendants may file an answer in this case, which must be filed with the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County Clerk and a copy provided to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney on or before 28 days from the last date of publication.
If Said Defendants do not appear and defend in this action, Plaintiff may take a judgment against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
