Unknown Guardians of minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Pamela S. Sisson, Deceased;
John Doe Unknown Spouse if any of Dreama Gregory and if Deceased, the Unknown
Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Assignees, Executors, Administrators and Representatives of
John Doe Unknown Spouse of Drema Gregory and the Unknown Guardians of minor
and/or Incompetent Heirs of John Doe Unknown Spouse of Drema Gregory whose
addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 30, 2026 MARION COUNTY
TREASURER filed a complaint in the Marion Common Pleas Court, Marion County,
Ohio, being case no. 2026 CV 0149, seeking to foreclose upon and sell the following
described real estate to collect unpaid real estate taxes and assessments: 452 Ballentine
Avenue, Marion, OH 43302, Marion County.
