LEGAL NOTICE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION OF OIL AND GAS RESOURCES MANAGEMENT RE: APPLICATION FOR UNITIZATION SLOAN III UNIT MONROE COUNTY, OHIO NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Applicant Gulfport Appalachia, LLC (“Gulfport”) hereby gives notice that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Man- agement (the “Division”), has scheduled a hearing pursuant to Revised Code Section 1509.28 concerning Gulfport's Sloan III Unit to occur on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. The hearing will be held via vid- eo conference, as set forth be- low. Gulfport seeks to obtain an Order for Unit Operation from the Chief of the Division with respect to a depth located from the top of the Utica Shale to the top of the Trenton Limestone formation covering the Sloan III Unit area.
