AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to remove the structure at 703 W 5 th , Street, legal de- scription Freeport Blk 93, lot 8, Property ID # 209765. The Board of Adjustment found the owner has 30 days to get a permit and demolish the structure bringing it up to grade along with clean up. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
