AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to remove the structure (slab) at 122 W 7 th Street, legal description Freeport Blk 40, lot 18 (W/2/3)-Lot 19(E/2/3), Property ID # 209280. The Board of Adjustment found the owner has 30 days to get bids and permits and 90 days to secure her funding for the demolition of the slab.
