AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to remove the structure at 322 S Ave I , legal description Velasco ( Freeport) Blk 62 , lot 5- 8, Property ID # 260050. The Board of Adjustment found the owner has 30, 60 and 90 days to get a permit and demolish the structure bringing it up to grade along with clean up. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
