PUBLIC NOTICE The City Board of Adjustment meet on Thursday February 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to repair or remove the structure at 1222 W 10th, le- gal description Victory (Freeport) blk 2 Lot 15, Property ID # 262438. The Board of Ad- justment found the structure and the slab to be dangerous, and in violation of city ordi- nances. The board ordered 30 days for the owner of the property to secure the property, remove the car, pull permits and obtain a bid for the demolition of the slab and accesso- ry structures. Then 60 days to demolish the slab and accessory structures and grade and level the lot. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
