AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to reverse the Dangerous Structure Order on 922 W 12 th , legal description South View Gar- dens (Freeport) Blk 8 Lot 20, Property ID # 251569. The Board of Adjustment reversed the order on declaring 922 W 12 th a Dan- gerous Structure because it has meet all the requirements on repairs of the structure. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
