PUBLIC NOTICE The City Board of Adjustment meet on Thursday February 12, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to repair or remove the structure at 1700-1702 W 5th, legal description Freeport Blk 175, lot 14, Property ID # 210617. The Board of Adjust- ment found the structure to be dangerous, and in violation of city ordinances. The board ordered the structure to be demolished im- mediately. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
