PUBLIC NOTICE The City Board of Adjustment meet on Thursday April 23, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination of 522 W 8 th , Street, legal description Freeport Blk 73, lot 14, Property ID # 209540. The owners have 90 days to pull a permit to demolish the structures including the accessory structure. Remove all debris and bring the lot up to grade per City order. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
