PUBLIC NOTICE The City Board of Adjustment meet on Thursday April 23, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEX- AS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination of 821 N Ave B, Street, legal description Velasco (Freeport) Blk 632, lot 23-24, Property ID # 534256. The owners have 30 days vacate the property and to pull a permit to demolish the structure along with the five accessory structures remove all debris and bring the lot up to grade per City order. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
