AT 430 N BRAZOSPORT BLVD, FREEPORT, TEXAS 77541, CITY COUNCIL/COURT CHAMBERS, FIRST FLOOR, FREEPORT, POLICE STATION The following items was set for public hearing and discussion and/or action: The discussion and determination to remove the structure at 1302 W 9th, Street, legal description Victory (Freeport) Blk 1, lot 5, Property ID # 262423. The Board of Adjust- ment found the owner has 30 days to get a Building permit and show progress to the structure. A copy of each order can be obtained from the City Secretary at City Hall (1201 N Ave H) Freeport, Tx.
