  Notice is hereby given that the Haltom City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 26, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m., at 4801 Haltom Road, Haltom City, Texas to consider the following: 
CU-004-26 Application of Natalie Penalvert Berrios requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Tattoo and/or Piercing Studio use in the '93PD-C2'94 Planned Development '96 Commercial District for all C-2 Commercial District uses on Lot 1, Block 1 of the Family Furniture Addition, being approximately 4.03 acres, locally known as 5230 Denton Highway. 
Z-002-26 Application of Mark S. Wood requesting a rezone from '93CF'94 Community Facility District to '93SF-2'94 Single Family Residential District located on School Tract, Block 11, of the West Browning Addition, being approximately 6.829 acres of land, locally known as 3701 Layton Avenue.
