  Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Haltom City, Texas will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 5:30 PM on May 26, 2026 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 4801 Haltom Road, Haltom City, Texas to consider: 
ZBA-010-26 Application of Kyler Henderson for a variance to reduce the lot width in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 12. '96 '93SF-2'94 single-family residential district located on Lots 9-11, Block 3 of the Oakview Addition, being approximately 0.3443 acres of land, locally known as 1317 Maxine Street.
ZBA-011-26 Application of Julio Cesar Porras Nieto for a variance to reduce the lot width in accordance with Zoning Ordinance O-2002-032-15, Section 12. '96 '93SF-2'94 single-family residential district located on Lot 29G, Block 29 of the G.W. Burkitt'92s Subdivision, being approximately 0.1969 acres of land, locally known as 1405 Joplin Avenue.
