  Notice is hereby given that the Haltom City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 9, 2026, in the Council Chambers at 7:00PM, at 4801 Haltom Road, Haltom City, Texas to consider the following:
Z-003-26 Application of Brenda Hickson for a zone change from '93C-1'94 Commercial District to '93SF-2'94 Single Family Residential District located on Lot O, of the Clearview Addition, being approximately 0.2337 acres of land, locally known as 3304 Swan Street.
  Notice is also hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2026, in the Council Chambers at 7:00PM, at 4801 Haltom Road, Haltom City, Texas to consider the same above.
