CITY OF SPOKANE Wastewater Management Department Industrial Pretreatment Program Notice: In accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.8 (f)(2)(viii) and Spokane Municipal Code 13.03A.0801, the company shown below was found to be in Significant Non-Compliance with wastewater regulations during the period January 1 to December 31, 2025. Dry Fly Distilling, 1021 W Riverside Ave., Spokane, WA 99201. Nature of Violation/Type of Pollutant: 4/22/2025 Exceeded the Technical Review Criteria for Copper discharge by greater than 120% of the permitted limit on greater than 33% of samples in a 6 month period Jan-June 2025. Penalty: Written Notice of Significant Non-Compliance and publication of this notice. Comments: Resampling showed a return to compliance. An Engineering Report describing how the copper will be treated in the future now required. Nature of Violation/Type of Pollutant: 12/16/2025 Exceeded the Technical Review Criteria for Copper discharge by greater than 120% of the permitted limit on greater than 33% of samples in a 6 month period July-Dec 2025.
