De Leon's Foods, 102 E. Francis, Spokane, WA 99228. Nature of Violation/Type of Pollutant: Fats, Oil, and Grease obstructing the sewer. Penalty: Written Notice of Significant Non-Compliance, Compliance Meeting, fine of $2490, and publication of this notice.
