CITY OF SPOKANE Wastewater Management Department Industrial Pretreatment Program Notice: In accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.8 (f)(2)(viii) and Spokane Municipal Code 13.03A.0801, the company shown below was found to be in significant noncompliance with wastewater regulations during the period January 1 to December 31, 2025. NIC Global, 1514 S. Flint Rd, Spokane, WA 99224. Nature of Violation/Type of Pollutant: Exceeded the Technical Review Criteria for silver discharge by greater than 120% of the permitted limit on greater than 33% of samples in a 6-month period. A potential interference due to the analysis method may have been a contributing factor. A different analysis method will be used in the future. Penalty: Written Notice of Significant Non-Compliance and publication of this notice. Comments: Resampling showed a return to compliance. SR237805
