Notice for a Public Hearing and Public Comment Period Public Hearing date: May 14, 2026 Time: 4:00 PM Location: Hybrid Meeting Spokane County, Housing and Community Development Advisory Committee (HCDAC) will hold a Public Hearing to provide information and invite public comment on the following items: • A Substantial Amendment to the Housing and Community Development 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. • A Substantial Amendment to the Housing and Community Development 2024 Annual Action Plan. The public may comment at the Public Hearing or may forward their comments to HCD via phone, call 509-477-4519, or e-mail HCDINFO@SpokaneCounty.org. Electronic copies of the documents listed above can be found on the Housing & Community Development Disaster Recovery website: https://www.spokanecounty.gov/5816/Disaster-Recovery-Home. Paper copies of the draft plan will be made available upon request. Public comments will be collected for the documents listed above between May 14, 2026, and June 15, 2026. For more information regarding Spokane County's Citizen Participation Plan, please visit the following website: https://www.spokanecounty.org/2889/Citizen-Participation. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) INFORMATION: Spokane County is committed to providing equal access to its facilities programs and services. For persons with disabilities, Spokane County persons who are deaf or hard of hearing, please contact HCDInfo at least 48 hours before the meeting date. NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING: The Citizen Participation Process intends, to the maximum extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of non-English speaking residents. Individuals requesting an interpreter should contact the HCD department.
