BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING SURPLUS AND CONSIDERING THE SALE OF CERTAIN COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY A PORTION OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 14234.9050 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington (“Board”) that the Board intends to sell the real property hereinafter described at auction pursuant to chapters 1.56 SCC and 36.34 RCW. Portion of Assessor's Parcel No. 14234.9050 That property granted to Spokane County by Washington State Department of Transportation by a quitclaim Deed recorded on February 9, 1999, Recording Number 4329011 in the County of Spokane more particularly described as follows: That part of the north half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 24 North, Range 41 East of the Willamette Meridian, lying Westerly of Permanent Highway No. 11-A(County Road). The specific details concerning all of which may be found on Sheet 3 of that certain plan entitled Spokane County Pit and Stockpile Sites, now of record and on File in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, bearing date of approval April 29, 1958. Except all the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying northerly of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 7 of Wall's Addition to Medical Lake recorded on July 1, 1911 recorded in book P, page 12 of plats in Spokane County. Also Except all the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying southerly of a line drawn 10 feet south and parallel to the southerly line of lot 7 of said Wall's Addition to Meadow Lake.
