NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARINGCITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 65090, 65091, and 65854 (Planning and Zoning Law) of the Government Code: the City of South Lake Tahoe City Council will conduct a public hearing on March 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 1901 Lisa Maloff Way, South Lake Tahoe Airport, to consider the following: First Reading of Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Ordinance Amendment, City Code Article V of Chapter 3.50, and finding that the Ordinance Amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the Ordinance Amendments may have a significant effect on the environment and section 15308 because it is amending a regulatory process to protect the environment.
