A copy of the supporting Resolutions of Intention will be published in the East Bay Times on May 15, 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Concord will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on this matter in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) at which time and place interested persons may appear and be heard.
