NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Concord will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on this matter in the Council Chamber, 1950 Parkside Drive, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) at which time and place interested persons may appear and be heard.
