NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given by the Napa County Board of Supervisors meeting as the Governing Board of the Napa Berryessa Resort Improvement District that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as circumstances allow, a Public Hearing will be conducted to hear testimony regarding the proposed water and sewer standby charges to be imposed during the 2026-2027 fiscal year and for the public to express support or opposition to the proposed standby charges. The District Engineer will present a written report describing the parcels in the District for which water and sewer service is available and recommend that the standby (immediate availability) charge for water continue to be set at $10.00 per parcel per month and for sewer service continue to be set at $10.00 pe r parcel per month for fiscal year 2026-2027, as authorized by California Public Resources Code sections 13215 and 13216, and Ordinance No. 24 (NBRID).
