BUTTE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the Local Agency Formation Commission that a public hearing will be held on June 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Oroville City Council Chambers, 1735 Montgomery Street, Oroville, California, regarding the following: ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 66016, et. seq. The Commission will consider a revision to the application of a cost escalator to the Butte LAFCO single flat hourly rate for all billable projects based upon the Employment Cost Index for State and Local Governments as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, as established by Butte LAFCO Resolution 21 2011/12, which was adopted by the Commission on May 4, 2012.
