NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Santa Cruz will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) on Tuesday, June 9th, after the hour of 11:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers City Hall, 809 Center Street, Santa Cruz, CA. The 2025 UWMP describes the City's water supply resources and projects water needs through the year 2050 and covers related subjects including conservation, supply reliability, and system sources. The WSCP presents information about how to manage the water system during a water shortage emergency as a result of drought. Interested members of the public and local business are encouraged to provide comments to the City of Santa Cruz and participate in the plan review process.
