NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT
On May 25, 2026, the City of Fort Collins, Colorado will make final payment to and settlement with Zak Dirt, Inc. for the College & Trilby Construction Package #1 project. Any person or firms having claims arising from this contract must file such claims with the City Clerk of Fort Collins prior to the date set for final payment and settlement. Verified statements of claim should conform to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S.
