FDEP CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION – HURRICANES HELENE AND
MILTON PROJECT
The City of Bowling Green, Florida, is requesting sealed Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the FDEP Clean Water State Revolving Fund Supplemental Appropriation – Hurricanes Helene and Milton Project.
Services include preparation of a Facilities Plan and, if determined eligible by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, inspection, and related services for wastewater system improvements.
The project is funded through the Supplemental Agreement – Helene and Milton (SAHM). Consultants must comply with all applicable federal and state requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200.
The City was awarded approximately $19,166,503 in capitalization principal-forgiveness funding through the FDEP State Revolving Fund Program for clean water improvements.

Sealed Statements of Qualifications shall be clearly marked:

Submittals must be received no later than June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the submittal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
