NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2026 entered in Case No. 502025CA011585XXXAMB of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, wherein BANYAN SPRINGS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and GALINA CHERNOBYLSKAYA, is the Defendant, Joseph Abruzzo, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 10th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 302, Building 29, LAKESIDE CONDOMINIUM NO. 3 OF BANYAN SPRINGS, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3573, Page 272, and any and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of PALM BEACH County, Florida,
