NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated May 6, 2026, entered in Case No. CACE-25-016835 in the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein PLANTATION FOREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida corporation, not-for-profit, is the Plaintiff, and Defendant THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST FIDEL A. VEGA, it will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 am. on the 9th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-206, OF PLANTATION FOREST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 21027, PAGE 918, AMENDED BY AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NOS. 94-097589, 94-097590, 94-179776, 94-179781, AND SUCH OTHER AMENDMENTS AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
