Final Judgment was awarded on May 2, 2026 in Civil Case No. CACE25002020, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, AS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; OAKRIDGE "L" CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOLOMAN JAGUDEN; ANITA SPENCER F/K/A ANITA JAGUDEN; RICHARD JAGUDEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants. FLORIDA.
