NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of May, 2026 in Case No. CACE-25-003650 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which Overlook Condominium Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Charlene Pennino and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the online foreclosure site www.broward.realforeclose.com to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of July, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Legal: Condominium Parcel designated as Unit #206 of OVERLOOK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15524, at Page 850 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, together with all appurtenances and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
