NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2026 entered in Case No. COWE-22-002088 (80) in the County Court in and for Broward County, Florida wherein WESTWIND COMMONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and TOM RONALD SOLANO JASPE, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2026, at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
