NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure to Enforce Settlement Agreement dated May 11, 2026 entered in Case No. COWE-25-015279 (81) in the County Court in and for Broward County, Florida wherein SOUTHWIND COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and DEMARIUS BRADWELL, QUANDA MONESTIME, and JANE DOE, n/k/a, KENETRA STEVENS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2026, at
www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
