NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE-25-009615 (05) of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Mainlands Five, Inc. is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and/or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Doris Wilpon (Deceased) and The City of Tamarac Florida and Barbara Wilpon are Defendants, the Clerk of Court in and for Broward County, Florida, Brenda D. Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 oclock A.M. on the12th day of August, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 94, OF THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARC LAKES SECTION 5-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
