NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Granting Defendants Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale in Case No. COWE-25-036881 (81) in the County Court in and for Broward County, Florida wherein SAWGRASS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and VERONICA JONES, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 27, 2026, at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 7, SAWGRASS ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED, IN PLAT BOOK 129 PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 12113 NW 33 STREET, SUNRISE, FL 33323.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
