Alveranga, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Yvonne Graves, Wanda Solomon, Dion Alveranga, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Jason Solomon, are defendants, the Broward County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at Broward County's Public Auction website: www.broward.realforeclose.com, Broward County, Florida at 10:00am on the June 23, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
