NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Post-Hearing Order Granting Emergency Motion to Cancel Sale dated April 29, 2026, and entered in Case no. CACE-25-013554 in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD County, Florida, wherein BENFAM HOLDINGS PR LLC, as the Plaintiff, and TRASHCO, LLC, et.al., as the Defendants. BRENDA D. FORMAN, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on June 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Parcel A: The East 2/5 of the South 1/2 of Tract 22 in the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 51 South, Range 40 East, of CHAMBERS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 5A and 5B, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; and
Parcel B: The South 261 feet of the West 3/5 of the South 1/2 of Tract 22 in the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 51 South, Range 40 East, of CHAMBERS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 5A and 5B of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; and LESS that portion included in the Deed recorded in O.R. Book 4023, Page 360 under the jurisdiction of Drainage district; and LESS and except that portion for right-of-way lying along the North end of said Parcel A.
