SOUTHAVEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP The Board of Supervisors of the Southaven Community Development District will hold a workshop at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2026, at the Markland Amenity Center located at 61 Clarissa Lane St. Augustine, FL 32095. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss and review the budget for fiscal year 2026/2027, and to discuss capital improvements. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. There may be occasions when one or more Staff members and/or Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Supervisor or Staff can attend the workshop at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (904) 436-6270, at least 48 hours before the workshop.
