A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta &Company, Inc, 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614 (District ManagersOffice) visiting the website at www.southavencdd.org or by emailing the DistrictManager at LGallagher@rizzetta.com and/or by telephoning 904-436-6270 during normalbusiness hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordancewith the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings maybe continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate bytelephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any personrequiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physicalimpairment should contact the District Office at (904) 436-6270 at least 48 hours prior tothe meeting.
