REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) 2026-3751 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: LEGION HEIGHTS FORCE MAIN EXTENSION Martin County is soliciting bids from licensed contractors to install new HDPE force mains within County rights of way in the Legion Heights area. The work includes the installation of 2-inch and 3-inch force mains using both open cut and directional drilling methods, along with all required valves, fittings, and service connections. Contractors shall also complete tie-ins to existing force mains as depicted in the construction drawings. Additional project requirements include mobilization, traffic control, surveying and stakeout, site restoration, sodding, and the preparation of record drawings. Sealed bids will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
