REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026-3753 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 SE Monterey Road Stuart, FL 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental consulting services on an as needed basis under a continuing services contract. Services may include a broad range of environmental monitoring, assessment, permitting, compliance, and resource management activities to support County projects. Work may involve field investigations, data analysis, reporting, regulatory coordination, and development and implementation of monitoring or management plans. Additional environmental related services may be required as project needs arise. Sealed proposals will be received by the Information Desk on the 1st Floor at the address above or via Euna OpenBids (DemandStar) until 2:30 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
