PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CITY OF RIVIERA BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
The City Council of the City of Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter, and from time to time thereafter as necessary, at the Riviera Beach Event Center located at 190 E 13th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, to consider the below Ordinance:
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Riviera Beach,Palm Beach County, Florida, amending the Schedule of Fees in Ordinance 2977, Section 8 entitled Computation of the amount of the Impact Fee providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED, that if any interested person desires to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at the meetings, such interested person, at their own expense, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.015). Interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance(s).
