COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT/REZONING
The City of Wildwood proposes to adopt the following ordinances:

SMALL-SCALE F UTURE L AND U SE M AP A MENDMENT T O T HE A DOPTED
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE COMMUNITY PLANNING ACT OF 2011, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP IN ACCORDANCE
WITH S ECTIONS 3 .2 A ND 3 .3 O F T HE L AND D EVELOPMENT R EGULATIONS;
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The ordinances shall be heard at the City Hall Commission Chamber, 100 North Main
Street, Wildwood, Florida during the regularly scheduled meetings as follows:

O2026-19 proposes to change the Future Land Use Map designation from Agriculture
(Sumter County) to Rural Residential (City) and O2026-20 proposes to change the
Zoning Map designation from RR5 (Sumter County) to Rural Residential (City) on
parcels K13-012 and K13-042.
