PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
 
The City of Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board/Special Magistrate will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 2:15 p.m., or immediately after the Local Planning Agency Meeting at the City Hall Commission Chamber, 100 N. Main Street, Wildwood, Florida to consider the following cases.
 
CASE NUMBER:
25-3061 (PLAT) Northern Pines Subdivision
GENERAL LOCATION:
Located approximately 0.38 miles west of the N US 301 and CR 222 intersection, south along CR 222.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Improvement plat consisting of 117 single-family lots, 3 amenities, and associated infrastructure.

CASE NUMBER:
26-1168 (SP) VOSO Phase 31YZ Master Plan
GENERAL LOCATION:
Located approximately 5 miles west of Floridas Turnpike and approximately 4.21 miles east of CR 471, off the Bexley Trl and Landstone Blvd roundabout.
REQUESTED ACTION:
Consisting of residential areas, not to exceed 2,000 dwelling units, and non -residential areas.
 
The cases may be inspected by the public at the Development Services Department, Wildwood City Hall, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearings and provide comments regarding the proposed Ordinances. Any person requiring special accommodation under the ADA should contact the City Clerk at (352)330-1340. APPEAL: NECESSITY OF RECORD Notice is hereby given that any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Special Magistrate on any matter considered during the meeting will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
