RENEWAL OF A MEDICAL HARDSHIP TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2026 at 5:00 P.M at The Gloria R. Hayward Sumter County Service Center, 215 Gloria Rowe Hayward Way, Sumterville, FL 33585 to consider the following application:

Legal Description:
Begin at the SE corner of the SW-1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 21 South, Range 22 East, run thence North 0.05 East 231.36 feet to a Point of Beginning, run thence North 0.05 East 145.9 feet, thence run North 80 and 35 minutes West, to the East right-of-way line of Seaboard Coastline Railroad thence Southerly along said East right-of-way line of the Seaboard Coastline Railroad 178 feet thence South 8039 East to the Point of Beginning, all lying in Section 32, Township 21 South, Range 22 East, Sumter County, Florida.
Requested Action:
Renewal of a medical hardship temporary use permit to allow for a Recreational Vehicle to remain on parcel N32-038 three (3) years as a medical care receiver residence.
The proposed change may be inspected by the public at the Planning and Floodplain Division, The Villages Sumter County Service Center, 7375 Powell Rd, Wildwood between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays.

Only those persons receiving mailed notice in accordance with the requirements of Sec 13-314 of the Sumter County Land Development Code shall be qualified as affected persons for the purpose of examining witnesses during the noted hearings.
