NOTICE OF FILING OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of LeRoy in the County of Genesee for the year 2026. The Roll can be examined

On the Town of LeRoy’s website after May 1st. The Board of Assessment Review will meet to hear complaints at the Town of LeRoy, 48 Main St, May 27, 2026 from 4-8 pm.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll BY APPOINTMENT ONLY,

Every Wednesday in the month of May from 8-4 pm. I can also be available to meet

In the evening or on a Saturday by appointment.

In accordance with Section 526 of the Real Property Tax Law, a publication containing the procedures for contesting an assessment is available at the Assessor’s office.
