NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Lake Placid/Town of North Elba Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on an Area Variance application by Brian Vassar on May 18, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Town of North Elba Town Hall Third Floor Meeting Room, 2693 Main Street, Lake Placid, New York.




The applicant seeks an area variance of 8.5 feet from the 10-foot minimum setback for accessory structures for the construction of a pole barn. The project site is located at 167 Mill Pond Drive Lake Placid (Tax Map Parcel # 42.221-2-1.000) and is in a Village Residential Zoning District under the Village of Lake Placid/Town of North Elba Land Use Code.
