ESSEX COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of North Elba, County of Essex, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy is on file in the Assessor & Town Clerk offices, North Elba Town Hall, 2693 Main Street, Lake Placid, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until May 26, 2026 during the hours of 9 AM-12 PM & 1 PM-4 PM. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for informal meetings on the following dates: May 12: 9 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-4 PM May 14: 1 PM-4 PM and 6 PM-8 PM May 16: 10 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-3 PM May 19: 9 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-4 PM The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 1 PM-4 PM and 6 PM-8 PM at the North Elba Town Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing him/herself to be aggrieved.
